WANNA STUDY ABROAD FREE?
Updated: Dec 18, 2020
The very first concern while flying abroad to study is how to finance it. The tuition fees alone is a big sum compounded with travel, boarding, lodging, logistics and the daily living costs which are unaffordable for most of the students. A scholarship, if availed can resolve this concern. "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world", Nelson Mandela. This reflects the importance of education not only for the individuals but for the nation too. This is the precise reason why many organizations have started offering scholarships to the deserving and meritorious students. Researching a lot about the available scholarships is the only way out. Dreams should never be compromised with constraints of finance. Explore the world, experience a different culture, envy the new ways of teaching through this wonderful opportunity is what is being said in the below article by Dr. Amani Mandali.

WHAT ONE NEED TO DO TO AVAIL A SCHOLARSHIP
Research: Finding the right scholarship needs a lot of research. Best place to start are from the college websites and other websites of the Indian government that provide scholarships. As you go through the university website, you probably hit by realization how hard this is. This however should not stop us from making an effort. There will be numerous resources but you have to look for them long and hard. Approach the university and talk to the admission office if possible, they will be able to provide the recent updated details.
Early start: If you wait till the last minute, you will be far behind the ball and might have a tough time. Once you shortlisted on your program, country, university, you must enquire about all the requirements of scholarship as a whole and also the application procedure for the specific scholarships.
Brush up your writing skills: A well-written essay sent to the scholarship committee may help you to get a good scholarship. The essay must be straight forward and to the point, and well-structured with all the relevant information. Make sure to proofread the essay and spell checked. This whole process is time-consuming. So, don’t wait for the last minute to put on paper.
Leadership skills: Many scholarship foundations just love students who can demonstrate good leadership skills. Remember to include any previous leadership experience you have while applying for a scholarship. This is because the university understands that leadership skills are as vital as academic skills to be a successful professional. This holds to be true especially in the case of American universities.
